what makes you think you're going to accomplish "fairness" if you think that Right To Work laws, famously championed by the rich and corporations, deserve equal consideration by the working class as unions? "Unions can be corrupted" is not a good argument against unions, any more than "politicians can be corrupt" is a good argument against representational democracy.
You sell out your working-class constituency when you pretend these concerns are equivalent.
Additionally, there are countless studies that any public servant looking to make a statement about trans participation in sports can read. Read them! They do NOT say what you suggested. Not really sure why you're even bringing trans athletes into this discussion; I guess probably in order to curry favor with transphobes. But no, your insistence that the uncited (and uncitable) information you've provided is simply "biology" is, definitionally, bigotry.
Someone who purports to have resentment for "partisan politics" shouldn't be making these deeply partisan statements. How can we respect you when you do?
In sync with and in support of your post, I am betting on American Promise in this Saturday's Kentucky Derby. He's been slow in developing but seems to be coming into his best form, winning the Virginia Derby in record time. And, yes, I'm rooting for the symbolism whether he wins on Saturday or not. He's the kind of horse who will keep trying.

All comments are basic fairness. Keep pushing for fairness in sports, academia, small business.
100% agree. Well said and seems pretty inclusive of the multitude of areas where this applies. Thanks for spelling it out. (democrat)
