Well, that’s a new one. For the record, I’m Jewish by heritage and Christian by faith, which means I come by holiday metaphors honestly and in bulk.
Also means I have an abiding respect for tradition, a healthy suspicion of golden calves (and government programs), and a deep theological appreciation for second chances—especially when it comes to legislation.
